2020

Our mission is to bring forward Thai agriculture into their finest light.

In 2020 we started @samsuan.dessertparlour , learning alongside farmers how to care for the ingredients they grow. Our chiffon cake, made with organic namhom coconut from Ratchaburi and jaggery from Pattani, marked our first chapter.

2025

Now, we look a little further — to seafood from southern shores, beef raised with care, and coffee from the northern hills. These ingredients come from people who live closely with the land and sea, and move with their rhythms.

What they offer, we carry forward with patience and respect, giving each ingredient time and space to become what it was meant to be. This is the work of many, and we are honored to share it with you.
